  APC was originally incorporated in Hong Kong in 1999 to provide specialized Project Consulting Services
for Asia based projects. With the tremendous increase in foreign project investment, APC also established a Wholly Owned Foreign Enterprise (WOFE) in Shanghai to provide Project Management and Consulting Services for the Chinese market. Since then, APC has completed both commercial and industial projects, large and small and most recently, APC has extended its markets by applying its China experience in the Middle East.
